People ask all the time, does sales training really work. The simple answers are Yes and No. This might seem a bit convaluted but in 15 years as a training company we have seen our share of sales organizations who are struggling. Management brings in trainers, new skills are taught, but then the sales professionals quickly fall back into bad habits.
As with anything in life if you are unwilling to properly implement change on a consistent basis then you will always resort back to old habits.
